Core Concepts is a methodology developed by Joshua Lipsey himself which helps you strengthen your major and minor core muscles through a series of holding, balance, functional, and combination movements. C2`s aim is to prevent neuromuscualar facilitaion or "muscle memory" so the core never plateaus in development.
