Core Cares

A woman’s self-image is the very foundation of her personality, and hence, she acts like the sort of person she thinks and believes she is.

Core Cares is a foundation which helps to improve the self image of young females through core exercises, nutritional advice, and grants. Females start to develop the foundation of self perception in high school and it can directly affect their moods,  education , and family life.  Some females living in impoverished areas do not have the income or resources to work out effectively and Core Cares is dedicated to helping them!

 

Core specialist Joshua Lipsey helps to teach young teens how to take care of their bodies through core concepts a revolutionary new exercise methodology which helps to focus on a women's core (abdominals, glutes,obliques,and back). Studies have been conducted that Core concepts helps to improve posture, tones the body, improves energy levels in female bodies and in return helps body image.

Concept Hoops

Concept Hoops  (sub-division of Core Concepts)is a program developed by Joshua Lipsey(former professional basketball player) that helps basketball players reach their optimum potential through his core concepts and basketball specific movements.
